Check the joints of Gas fluxer and gas supply hoses and pipeline every day whether there are leakages at joints and pipes.If you find any white powder at joints, it reveals leakages,correct measures must be operated immediately.

Once you find faults in the machine and you can't solve it by yourself,please contact the manufacturer.

The melting speed of the solder is relatively low.

①Pressures are not enouth,weld temperature is relatively low. ②Heating time is too short,weld temperature is not enough.

②Lengthen the heating time,put the solder wire after the coper pipe is heated to corresponding temperature
3 The leakage increases ①There is more impurity in solder. ②Improper operation ①Adjust the solder properly
②When the coper pipe is heated to corre sponding temperature,you should put the solder wire to the position opposite to the firing pointon the coper,and make it melt naturally,flow to the firing point on the coper automatically.As to the two-end weldingtorch.you should pay attention to the action of shutting the welding torch
4 The pipeline is blocked The fluxing agent volatilizes andleads to the jam of pipeline. Shut off the valve on the flux generator after coming off duty,wash the flux generator regularly

Fluxing agent squirts from the welding torch ①Too much fluxing agent is poured into the generator
②The inlet and outlet are misconnected
①Reduce the quantity of fluxing agent in the generator to the 1/2 window position
