FB501:
Mainly suitable for the high frequencyinduction brazing.
FB502:
For the welding flux and the exempting acid cleaning braze welding flux , mainly suitable for the part of brass and the red copper needs the flame welding. Representative products:

For the welding flux and the exempting acid cleaning braze welding flux .This product especially for the part which needs the strong permeability.Representative products: Air conditioning tubing cross valve, SEC tube welding and other similar pipe accessory.
Main advantages
1. reduce the cost:
In order to enable the welded joint to achieve the corresponding intensity, many products have to use high- silver solder (Ag25%-Ag70%), but with our products only low-silver(Ag2%-6%) can achieve the same effect. Its principle is as follows: In the solder melting process, after the flux's principal constituent and the solder metal respond, the high-strength alloy appear, which achieves the needed middle-latitude,so that we only need to use the low -silver soldering.

3 .Absolution of the acid pickling:
The flux principal constituent and the metal surface has the electronation reaction in the braze welding thermal process, thus the metal surface cannot oxidize. Therefore we will not need the acid pickling, only to need the water used to return to original state surplus white powder cleaning.
4. Improve the efficiency:
It improves the welding quality, strengthens the welded joint intensity, enhances the solder's fluidity, and reduces welding defective fraction such as trachoma.
